TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you book an appointment online via MobsterAutoDetail.com, via phone or request an appointment through Facebook, you should read and agree to these terms and conditions prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Because our detailers must open compartments and clean inside holders within the car and move seats to access areas of the car for various reasons, all customers should remove any and all personal belongings such as money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to the start of any and all of our services.
Mobster Auto Detail will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Please be aware that older models or models not well maintained could be subject to fabric or leather damage or wear during the cleaning process.
Mobster Auto Detail will not remove any seats or car seats from the vehicle for any reason. Should you desire to have your fabric cleaned beneath a car seat, it must be removed from the vehicle prior to the start of service. All vehicle seats will be moved forward and backward to clean underneath as best as is possible, but we do not remove them under any circumstances.
Mobster Auto Detail does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed. Please inspect your vehicle after the service is rendered to assure all interior lights, headlights, or running lights have been turned off.
When booking your appointment, please understand that we cannot guarantee a specific time or day, but know that we will work within your schedule as best as we can. We ask that you leave your vehicle at the shop for approximately 6 to 8 hours to ensure that we have the necessary time to complete all services required and to allow time for the interior to dry. Please let us know beforehand if this is a problem.
For mobile detailing services, while every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy. Please have your phone nearby to accept our phone call in case we need to reach you.
We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Clover.
We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.
All orders placed require package and vehicle condition verification. Service requests are not guaranteed at time of booking and may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Mobster Auto Detail.
Mobster Auto Detail reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked service package.
Mobster Auto Detail will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.
PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mobster Auto Detail reserves the right to charge a minimum 20% surcharge that will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Our prices are based on detailing type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle. We reserve the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the customer location.
Mobster Auto Detail reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate or initial conversation of services needed or condition of the vehicle.

You may also be sent a request to let us know how we did. Answering that message is not required. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. Mobster Auto Detail is not responsible for any of these potential costs.
For payer verification purposes, Gift Certificates have a 48 hour holding period before they can be redeemed for services.
Gift certificates can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.
The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of this gift certificate.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, biological waste, other hazardous materials, larger vehicles, excessive damage, or other issues may apply.
Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.
All window tint installations come with a limited lifetime warranty. Your tint warranty is provided directly by the film manufacturer.
Mobster Auto Detail does not warranty against product defects.
Mobster Auto Detail will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle, or to the location of service.
Prices do not include the removal of old film. Prices for film removal are based on the condition of the vehicle and the glass.
Minimum price for tint removal is $10 per window.
Any additional fees to remove your old film will be discussed prior to your service commencing.
